For the album “Colors of Royal,” Julian Marley and Antaeus were awarded the Grammy for Best Reggae Album at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards. They came on top as the champion. The duo was nominated among three former winners of the Award in the category.
Along with Beenie Man (Simma), Buju Banton (Born For Greatness), Burning Spear (No Destroyer), and Collie Buddz for the ‘Cali Roots Riddim 2023, Marley and Antaeus were listed for the award.

The presenter announced the pair as the winners on February 4, 2024, during the Los Angeles, California, premiere event of the 66th Annual Grammy Awards. Marley, who is presently on tour in Australia and has received three nominations in the category, did not attend, though, since he is now winning for the first time.
Producing “Colors of Royal,” which debuted in April 2024, Alexx Antaeus received the honor and dedicated it to the people of Jamaica.
He stated, “I’d like to dedicate this to the people of Jamaica who have accepted me as one of their own and have lived up to the motto of the country, ‘Out of many one’.”
Aston “Family Man” Barrett and the late Joseph Mersa Marley were honored by a teammate who expressed gratitude to the Marley family.
Kabaka Pyramid, a reggae musician, took up the Best Reggae Album Grammy in 2023.
