Top Honors for Rising and Established Leaders

- Shernette Crichton, General Manager of Half Moon, was named Hotelier of the Year for her transformative 25-year leadership. Known for her hands-on approach—from handwritten guest notes to mentoring staff—Crichton has driven the luxury property to earn global acclaim, including Forbes Four-Star ratings and Condé Nast Traveler recognition.
- Nahdira Spence of Sandals Royal Caribbean took home Hotel Employee of the Year, celebrated for her infectious enthusiasm and community impact. The PR dynamo organizes staff wellness initiatives and partners with the Sandals Foundation on outreach programs in St. James and Trelawny.

The evening also recognized two icons:
