The Minister of Foreign and Caricom Affairs, Dr. Amery Browne, expressed his pride in TasteAtlas’ ranking of T&T’s curry crab and dumpling as the sixth-best crab dish in the world. TasteAtlas is a global organization that evaluates traditional foods from all over the world.
According to the company’s website, it has highlighted over 10,000 different foods and beverages. An “encyclopedia of flavors, a world atlas of traditional dishes, local ingredients, and authentic restaurants,” is how it presents itself.

The business just published its list of the best 10 crab meals, with Singapore’s chili crab taking the top place.
The US state of Maryland’s crab cakes came in second, then Brazil’s casquinhas de siri, Gejang from South Korea, and Singapore’s black pepper crab.
T&T received a score of 4.2 out of 5 stars, placing it sixth overall. Crab cakes from the US, she-crab soup from the US, poo cha from Thailand, and pastel de jaiba from Chile were the dishes that came after T&T. In a recent Facebook post, Browne used the hashtag #ProudlyT&T.
