Trinidadian-born Shelly-Ann Aqui Solomon, a digital strategist, transformational coach, and global business mentor, has been named the recipient of the Entrepreneur Excellence Award at the Caribbean POSH Icon Woman Awards 2025.
Solomon was chosen from among 24 nominees representing 14 Caribbean islands, a recognition that highlights her far-reaching influence and leadership across the region and beyond.

Solomon’s entrepreneurial journey began with just US$40 and a dream, which she transformed into a seven-figure global coaching business. Today, she empowers women in more than 29 countries through her signature Life by Designframework—helping them scale their businesses sustainably while embracing their cultural identity, personal well-being, and leadership potential.
