{Jamaica, NY} – Success in the Arts, Inc. (SITA) will present the 7th Annual Awards show and honor three Hip Hop pioneers on September 30, 2023, in Jamaica, NY.
The SITA awards recognizes entertainers from the past, present, and future from behind and in front of the stage, camera, and microphone. This year it will pay tribute to the trailblazers and legends of Hip Hop culture in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop.

Attending the show and receiving awards are legendary music video director, DJ and VJ, Ralph McDaniels (Lifetime Achievement Award), Rapper, producer and DJ, Eric B. (Hip Hop Legacy Award) and Darryl Pringle, talent consultant for the Emmy Award winning documentary, The Jam Master Jay Case Documentary and community activist (Hip Hop Culture Award).
Tony Johnson, CEO of Our Times Newspaper will receive the Journalist of the Year award. Awards will be given to artists for best film, actor, play, and much more including the Meli’sa Morgan Singing Sensation Award. Dancer, Kalea Andrews, Julia Robertson from the R&B Group X Girlfriends, and King Charles Prince, Hip Hop artist (The Roof is On Fire) will perform.
