UDFAs are a valuable component of the roster for the Baltimore Ravens since they are utilized to fill positions and vacancies that may arise during the course of the season, according to a post on the team’s website.
Baltimore said it used nine undrafted free agents in the previous year.
The organization emphasized the excellent players it has acquired over the years through the UDFA process, such as kicker Justin Tucker, running back Priest Holmes and Gus Edwards, and linebackers Bart Scott, Zachary Orr, and Patrick Onwuasor.
Odell Beckham Jr., a wide receiver signed recently by Baltimore, and a superb draft class of six players, including wide receiver Zay Flowers chosen in the first round, will be among the players at Caesar’s training camp.
After learning of the signing of his contract, the 25-year-old, who is from Cayon in St. Kitts, has received a lot of encouragement from his family and friends on social media.
A family member of Caesar posted, “Congratulations to my little big brother/cousin. Screaming all the way from Texas!!!! I’m so proud of yooooou‼️‼️‼️ I support you wherever you go. We are all so proud of you‼️‼️ From Tomlison, Cache, Ohio, BALTIMORE RAVENS. Keep climbing. I’m ready to step into Baltimore’s Stadium with my FLAG”
Another relative of St. Kitts and Nevis talent noted, “Changing my NFL team to Baltimore Ravens! Kaieem Caesar, the Ceasar clan is proud, proud, proud!!! God is able!!!! You did it”
He responded by saying, “Thank you, everyone, it means a lot. God bless.”
