According to Top Ten Real Estate Deals, Bajan-born pop Icon and business mogul Rihanna bought a $21 million penthouse in Los Angeles that had previously been owned by actor Matthew Perry.
The Century condominium building’s 40th story is home to the opulent four-bedroom, 9,290-square-foot penthouse. The expansive mansion is renowned for its 360-degree views of the city, the ocean, and the mountains, has a living room with two fireplaces, a gaming room, a home cinema, four outdoor terraces, and a dining room with encircling glass walls.

The Fenty CEO is familiar with living in Hollywood, having moved into the 42-story neighborhood of opulent condos in the year 2014. She has furthermore owned or rented at least twelve Hollywood residences, including two Beverly Hills properties that are now on the market for rent.
The entire 40th story of the building was bought in 2017 by Matthew Perry, best known for his role as Chandler Bing in the beloved sitcom Friends. Two years later, in 2019, he advertised it for $35 million, promoting it as the “Mansion in the Sky.”
