Friends have reportedly referred to Sidney as “absolutely brilliant” and go by the names “Mr. Grant” or “Granty,” according to the newspaper.
In order to join Grant in celebrating his birthday, a large crowd of people flocked to the Vulcan Arms pub in Normanton, which was decked up in bunting and balloons in the national colors of Jamaica.
Grant also took his special telegram from King Charles III of the United Kingdom and the Queen Consort to the bar to share with the guests.
The event was organized and carried out by the neighborhood. It’s been said that Grant frequented the bar when he was considerably younger.
