Bradshaw, who has a child with Phillip Paulwell, is accused with two charges of conspiring to kill, two counts of conspiring to kidnap, two counts of abduction, and two counts of murder.
Roland Balfour, a 30-year-old Kingston-based assistant graphic designer, is also charged with two charges of conspiracy to murder, two counts of conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and one act of misprision of a criminal.
The 29-year-old air conditioning technician Roshane Miller was also accused with two charges of conspiracy to murder, two counts of conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and an act of misprision of a felon.
Additionally charged with two charges of conspiracy to kill, two counts of conspiracy to kidnap, and two crimes of kidnapping is Richard Brown, also known as “Richie,” of a Kingston address.
The matter will be taken directly to the Supreme Court, according to Bailey, who claimed that the Director of Public Prosecutions had acquired a voluntary bill.
He said that the inquiries were still underway but would not go into specifics.
