A Guyanese-owned and -operated firm, International Group Investment Inc. (IGI) has emerged victorious in the Guyana Licensing Round 2022, winning bids for two shallow water blocks (S5 and S10). Dr. Levi Wilson Odoe, an attorney and international arbitrator by profession, and Esther Allison Odoe, Director and Legal Advisor, who received her legal education at Nottingham Law School in the United Kingdom and holds an LLB Hons Degree, are the organization’s leaders, according to a statement recently released by IGI Inc. Guyana.
The corporation states that it takes great satisfaction in being a dominant force in the oil and gas, education, construction, and agricultural sectors. Within the building industry, it claimed to have obtained a “reputation for transforming dreams into reality, whether it’s creating stunning residential spaces, innovative commercial developments, or vital road infrastructure.”

According to IGI Inc., the sector is aware of how important it is to boost economies and enhancing lives. Sustainability and environmental stewardship are given top priority in the exploration, production, refining, and distribution processes with the goal of providing dependable energy solutions.

The corporation states that Guyanese candidates who score more than 70% will be given priority for employment right away, while those who don’t meet the requirements would be given consideration for outsourcing.
Additionally, it said that it plans to collaborate closely with the Guyana Centre for Local Business Development to help find qualified local contractors to help with procurement, maintenance, transportation, security, and other tasks. IGI Inc. stated that corporate social responsibility would always be at the top of its agenda in terms of societal development.
