Terrence Richards, 42, was charged with attempted murder on December 20, 2023, when he appeared before Chief Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus in the Georgetown magistrate’s court.
On December 15, it was claimed that Richards illegally and deliberately injured Ray Petrie to kill him when they were in the Tucville Squatting Area.

The Richards were irritated by Petrie’s music playing in his house on the day the dispute took place, according to testimony given to the court, and they exchanged words as a result.
