When she committed the murder, the lady accused of killing her husband allegedly informed authorities that she was “at her wits’ end” due to infidelity-related problems.
Denise Malcolm, 45, shot and murdered her husband Rohan, 52, a Jamaican, on August 31, at their house in Coral Springs, Florida, where they also lived with their kids, according to sources.

According to newly made public court records, one of the couple’s 14-year-old twin boys saw his father, who had been shot several times, bleed dead on the bedroom floor.
It is said that when Rohan’s son spotted him clutching his shoulder, he was still alive. Denise, however, eventually admitted to officers that she had killed her husband with one more shot right before the cops arrived.
The couple’s son called the authorities at 6:30 p.m. to inform them that his father had been wounded in the shoulder but was still alive.
Malcolm reportedly stayed inside the house while the twins, who are 14 years old, left when police approached and gave them verbal orders to leave.
Officers were still giving orders when they heard what sounded like a gunshot coming from inside the residence.
Malcolm allegedly said the sound was the deadly shot she had fired at her husband in a subsequent interview with investigators.
She allegedly said that Rohan’s adultery was the reason their marriage had failed for the previous two years.
“As a result, they slept in separate bedrooms and frequently engaged in heated verbal altercations. She did not trust him and was at her wits’ end with his lies and deceit,” In their report, the cops wrote.
According to reports, Rohan and Denise got into a fight the day of the incident when they came back after shopping for a Labor Day BBQ. Malcolm became suspicious and even angry when Rohan abruptly declared that he was going out with pals.
Malcolm became angry, thinking Rohan was lying, and they got into a furious debate that lasted for forty-five to an hour. Furious, she opened the closet in her bedroom, took out a revolver, and loaded it.
She is accused of shooting her spouse many times while standing in the doorway.
After Rohan passed away, she reportedly planned to commit herself and shut her bedroom door.
She reportedly told police that when she was thinking about killing herself, her husband said something to her that caused her to give up on her suicidal ideation and give him one more shot.
Even after the event, Malcolm was detained without being granted bond at the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
