New York, NY — Conch Shell Productions (CSP) proudly announces Caribbean playwrights at the 2025 CSP New Works Fest at HB Playwright Theatre (HB Studio is CSP’s presenting partner). In its fifth installment starting December 4, acclaimed Bahamian playwright and actor Petron Dee Brown will present his gripping new work, Stand Right There and Perish, or (May I Never Lose You) on opening night.
The CSP New Works Fest is an annual fundraising event that celebrates Caribbean-heritage playwrights of all ages through workshop presentations of original plays. Each playwright serves as producer of their work, collaborating with directors, actors, and production teams to bring their stories to life in a spirit of creative solidarity.
