Grace O’Marcaigh accused Christian “King” Combs, 26, the son of rapper and producer Sean “Diddy” Combs, of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and inflicting mental anguish while she was employed on a yacht that the rapper had chartered for a trip in late December 2022. The complaint was filed on April 4, 2024, in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
O’Marcaigh stated in the petition that she was a waiter aboard the boat, serving guests supper and drinks from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. At the time, she was 25 years old. She reported that while working, she spotted a “constant rotation of suspected sex workers” and celebrities partying while indulging in drugs.

According to her allegations in the lawsuit, Christian joined the boat “around” December 28, 2022, to record with music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who had filed a lawsuit alleging Diddy of sexual assault. She said that Diddy’s kid was “heavily intoxicated” when he boarded the plane and gave her special attention.
Then, according to O’Marcaigh’s allegation, he coerced her into taking a tequila shot, and after she did, he grew combative and attempted to get her to drink more. She said that after seeing several ladies drop out after only one drink, she “quickly suspected” that the tequila had been tampered with and was afraid of its consequences.
Then, according to her, things “escalated,” and Christian reportedly started touching her body and intimate areas.
The lawsuit purportedly contained audio recordings of O’Marcaigh made by Jones, two of which NBC News examined “declining alcohol, saying she had to leave and telling Christian Combs to stop touching her with what sounds like kissing noises in the background.”
In her complaint, O’Marcaigh claimed that she had at last been allowed to leave the studio and had made an effort to resume her work. But later that night, she claimed, Christian approached her again and demanded that she find him a place to sleep. She said that he barred her access and started touching her when she showed him to the boat theater, which was an additional sleeping area.
