This first-of-its-kind multi-year partnership will allow BTMI to cement Barbados’ position as a destination of choice for Giants fans.

With BTMI running Brand Barbados ads and campaigns in New York, this collaboration only serves to expand the island’s reach to visitors and potentially attract more foreign exchange to the island.
In a statement on the Giants website, it was stated that BTMI will lead the mission to raise awareness of Barbados as a key travel destination for the New York market through social and digital content and activities throughout the year. But this partnership provides a unique opportunity for Giants fans to experience the natural beauty, pristine beaches, and vibrant culture of Barbados.

BTMI will offer exclusive travel packages for Giants fans and will be presented as a destination of choice for Giants fans across a variety of media platforms. Through the partnership, Giants fans will have access to unique travel packages and experiential opportunities. Fans will experience a “taste of Barbados” through a series of activities at select home games and special events, with many opportunities to win trips to the island. These initiatives aim to bring fans to the island through the creation of visual content and will play an important role in highlighting the reasons why Barbados is the most visited island in the Caribbean.

On Tuesday, April 18, players, coaches and front desk staff celebrated the start of the partnership with an authentic Bajan-inspired lunch prepared by Chef Craig Greenidge, who featured a special feature from Barbados, at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center.
